  1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

    At The Envelope Please, I strive to make shopping for stationery online as convenient as possible. At this time, you will have to call or email me with your order. I am worried about customers ordering on their own from the web site because there are so many factors in ordering i.e, layout, right invitation number, ink color, font, return address etc. I want to make sure every customer is satisfied and that the order is delivered correctly.

  2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

    Turn around time depends on the following factors:

    • Whether a proof is involved.
    • Production time based on manufacturer.
    • Where the order is shipping from and to.
    • Shipping method-ground or overnight. Most vendors give a time allowance of 7—14 business days for the delivery of your order.

  3. DO I GET A PROOF?

    Yes, I offer FREE proofs to insure you are satisfied with font, spacing, spelling etc. Proofs can be emailed or faxed to customer.

  4. WHEN CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

    The great thing about a home based business is that I am very flexible. I can meet with customers on their schedule, whether it is during the day, evening or on the weekend.

  5. CAN I RECEIVE ENVELOPES EARLY?

    Yes, there is a small fee which includes the shipping.

  6. I HAVE SELECTED A DIGITAL PHOTO CARD-HOW DO I SUBMIT THE PHOTO TO YOU?

    Please send your digital file to maria@theenvelopepleaseky.com. Vendors prefer a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

  7. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

    Personal Checks, Visa and Master Card.

  8. CAN ORDERS BE SHIPPED TO CUSTOMER?

    Yes, you can have any order shipped anywhere in the U.S.
